Traveler guide

As a traveler you turn the spare kilos in your baggage into income: you publish your trips, providers assign batches to them, you carry the goods and update their status on the way, and you confirm your payouts. Your workspace lives at /t.

Getting started

1. Create your traveler profile during onboarding: display name, country, phone.
2. Become visible — switch the Public profile in the directory card on your Overview to Public so providers can find you, add a nickname if you prefer, and your WhatsApp number.
3. Publish your next trip — origin, destination, date, capacity (Trips).
4. Providers searching your route will assign batches to your trip. They appear under Batches to carry.

The dashboard cards

• Batches to carry — number of batches currently assigned to your trips.
• Open trips — trips still accepting batches (click to open My trips).
• To receive — payouts not yet settled, per currency (click to open Payments).
• My plan — your plan status, trial countdown, and trial buttons. See Plans & pricing.
• Public profile in the directory — visibility, nickname, WhatsApp. See Directory & market.
• My tickets — the QR tickets providers issued for your batches. See Carrying batches.
• Batches to carry — each batch with its code, goods, weight, provider and sender, the pieces, the status pill and the next-step button.

Reputation

Each delivered batch increases your operations counter, and providers rate you on completed operations. Both are shown in the directory — the higher, the more providers will pick you.
